Unlock Your Potential: The Power of Vision Boards in Achieving Your Goals

I love creating Vision Boards. I have been making them for over 10 years now, and hosting vision board classes with friends and my teens. I believe it's a great tool when you take time to prepare them with a clear set of goals and use goal writing tools to realize your goals that will help with manifesting your best life!

There are two types of Vision Boards I have used, the classic cut-out pics from magazines, and the digital style. Last year I made digital vision boards that you can use as screen savers on your phone or desktop. Both are equally effective and can have different benefits.

How can a vision board help you meet your goals?

1. It's in the process of preparing the vision board, using goal-setting tools to look at each section of your life to set short or long-term goals. I love to use the "Wheel of Life" to assess where I am at and where I want to be. Then I set out and made a list of everything I could think of for a goal if there were no limits. Then I take the top 5 goals and group them out on my board. ie. Family, Financial, Recreation, etc.

2. The act of seeing the vision board regularly is a constant reminder of what you are working toward.

3. The physical act of writing your goals, and putting pen to paper, helps your subconscious realize your goals being set.

It amazes me every year when I look back and see that I have achieved several of the goals I have chosen for my board. Manifest it, and you will continue to strive towards it!

I hang my vision board in a nice frame in my bedroom, and I see it when I wake up and

go to bed.

I also have my digital vision board on my phone, as my screensaver, as a constant reminder. This is a great tool to work on short-term goals, and can be changed up for a personal vision board a business vision board, or whatever you are working towards.
